Mobile phones have spread to almost the entire adult population, but also to the vast majority of teenagers. With them came the camera, which they all have with them all the time. There are not a few times when, especially teenagers, get carried away and use the camera in their private moments. For example, a boys may ask to record the sexual intercourse on video. Regardless of gender, however, everyone should understand that the concept of privacy is inviolable, and not put pressure on their partner to video or take nude photos. Nor should their partners give in on the other hand, as this may be to their detriment in the future. The mobile should be treated as a third party that stands between the couple. The recorded data can be leaked from the device itself (e.g. after loss or theft), from the cloud[1] if stored there, accidentally sent to another person or shown by the parties involved themselves. However, what is recorded should be assumed to remain forever somewhere on a device or on the internet. This is a permanent threat to us. In addition, there is another danger from the recording of private moments, that of revenge pornography. In recent years in particular, there have been several such incidents recorded. The reason can vary from reasons of revenge, to reasons of passion/obsession, where these individuals derive some kind of satisfaction from the public exposure of their ex-partner. In each case, the results are the same, with severe repercussions for the victims and stigmatisation for the rest of their lives. The practice of using the camera in intimate moments is therefore something that is contraindicated, as it is often used for blackmail or shaming on social media, during or after the relationship.
